A favour that backfires
His girlfriend calls in a favour and gets him a job. The catch is that his new manager is her stepmother: glamorous, sure of herself and, it turns out, the person running the entire floor. Candy’s description says she has other plans for him, which leaves him caught between his relationship and his job. It is a workplace story built on hierarchy: she decides about his job, and his girlfriend has no idea what she has set up.
Episode 1
Episode 1 lasts 65 seconds. For the first 20 seconds the boss, a blonde woman in glasses, a white blouse and a black pencil skirt, walks between desks in an open-plan office toward the camera. A quick cut at 0:20 shows him in a light blue shirt at a meeting table, looking uneasy. At about 0:24 she sits on the conference table, legs crossed, and talks to him with a knowing smile. Around 0:40 the scene switches to his girlfriend, in a lilac wrap top and beige mini skirt, walking down a city street looking at her phone. From about 0:48 the boss is back on the table, close to his chair, before she stands and leans in. Everyone stays in their clothes; the boss’s low-cut blouse and pencil skirt are the most revealing outfit.
Cost
Episode 1 needs no account, and episode 2 is free with a free account. Episodes 3 to 5 cost 12 tokens each, 36 tokens to see how the job turns out. Premium is not required.
Is it worth watching?
Worth it if you like power-play office stories or follow Margot Vey, and want a cheap series: two free episodes, then 36 tokens. Skip it if you want more than flirting in the opening episode, which stays in work clothes from start to finish. Margot Vey’s digital twin is also linked to Couples Therapy With Margot Vey. More workplace setups are in the boss and office category.
