From the group session to one-on-one
On Candy AI the series is linked to Mia Malkova’s digital twin, who plays a yoga instructor. She notices that one new client is nervous and needs more than a group session can give him. So she books him for private one-on-one sessions, where, the synopsis says, flexibility is not the only thing being tested.
Episode 1
At 1:43, episode 1 is longer than most. Until about 0:13 Mia, in a navy sports bra and pink leggings, stretches in front of the group. From about 0:13 to 0:38 the nervous man, in a grey T-shirt and black shorts, holds a plank while she kneels beside him and adjusts his posture. From about 0:38 come close-ups as they talk after the session: he looks unsure, she smiles and leans in. Around 1:10 she poses in the studio and walks away down the room. The last scene, from about 1:25, moves to a corridor, where he looks through the sauna door window and sees her on the bench wrapped in a white towel: the most revealing moment of the episode.
Cost
Episode 1 plays with no account, and a free account opens episode 2. Episodes 3, 4 and 5 cost 30 tokens each, 90 tokens in total, instead of the 36 of a standard series. Premium is not required.
Is it worth watching?
Worth it if you follow Mia Malkova or like the fitness-coach setup: the long free episode 1 gives you a good idea of the slow, relaxed tone before you spend anything. Skip it if you are on a budget, because the last three episodes cost 90 tokens, or if you want more than a towel in episode 1. A similar workout premise runs through My Best Friend’s Mom Teaches Pilates, and Mia Malkova’s digital twin is also linked to Mia Malkova Is My Girlfriend’s Step-Mom.
