The wrong room, or the right one
The keycard opens room 742, and a stranger is already inside. The narrator stays. Then his wife knocks, and she isn’t surprised at all: she picked the narrator herself, and she doesn’t want them gone. What the wife wants is to watch. That is the whole official premise, and it turns the usual hotel mix-up into an arrangement that was planned from the start.
What happens in episode 1
Episode 1 lasts exactly a minute. It opens in a hotel corridor, where a woman in a light blue tank top and black trousers, with a tan tote bag, holds a keycard at the door of 742. At about 0:14, inside the room, she talks on the hotel phone by the bedside lamp, frustrated, then hangs up and smiles. Next she sets her bag on the bed and ties up her hair, still in her tank top and trousers.
From 0:42 the camera looks through a gap in the bathroom door as she undresses at the sink to nude-coloured underwear, then turns and notices the watcher. The underwear, seen from behind from about 0:47 to the end, is the most revealing moment.
Tokens and access
Episode 1 needs no account, and episode 2 needs a free one. Episodes 3 to 5 cost 12 tokens each, 36 tokens in total, with no Premium needed.
Is it worth watching?
Worth it if you like a hotel setting and a premise about who is really in control of the room, with the full series for 36 tokens. Skip it if you want the plot laid out quickly: episode 1 shows only her arrival, a phone call and a changing scene seen through a door. If hotels are your setting, Room Service follows a married couple back at their usual hotel for the fifth year running. The cheating category collects the other stories where a spouse knows more than they let on.
