Seven days to the vows
The prince has one week left before his royal wedding. Lady Antonella, his step-cousin, rides in to watch him say his vows, and she won’t let him forget the night they spent together. The series uses the countdown to the wedding as its frame.
What raises the stakes is the setting. A royal wedding is a public event, so every private moment between them happens with the court around them.
What episode 1 shows
Episode 1 runs 55 seconds. It opens in a castle courtyard, where Lady Antonella, blonde and in a dark red velvet gown, sits on a horse and then stands beside it, talking with a man in a dark green jacket. At about 0:10 a woman in a pale blue gown watches the tournament grounds from a throne on a balcony. Around 0:20 an archery target appears, and the man ties a green ribbon around his hand among the onlookers. From about 0:28 he ties a green ribbon around Antonella’s wrist and they talk close together, and a short close-up shows them about to kiss. In the last seconds, from about 0:42, they stand face to face on the grass, and the episode ends on the woman in pale blue at the balcony rail. Everyone stays in period costume; nobody undresses.
What it costs
Candy AI lets anyone watch episode 1, and a free account unlocks episode 2. Episodes 3 to 5 cost 12 tokens each, 36 tokens in total, with no Premium needed.
Is it worth watching?
Worth it if you like costume drama, a wedding countdown and an old flame who refuses to go quietly, and want the whole story for 36 tokens after two free episodes. Skip it if you want more than a near-kiss in episode 1, where everyone stays in costume. The closest match in tone is Sworn to the Queen, with another forbidden bond at court. If it is the wedding countdown you enjoy, Kiss the Bride, Stepbro moves the same idea to the present day.
